Ciao Amici – I bet at some point, you have all opened your 'fridges/cupboards and thought you had nothing to eat – I want to change that by giving you some new ideas and by showing you how many things you can make with only a few basic ingredients. As you can see from some of the recipes featured on this site – most of the time I use very simple ingredients, which with some creativity and patience, can become a beautiful tasty dish.

I wanted to create a site, which was both informative and fun, yet easy and simple to follow just like my style of cooking and of course, being Italian – it also had to be stylish and sexy – I hope I have succeeded!

Ready Steady Cook !
This week I will be recording 'Ready Steady Cook', cooking with Caldessi in Bray on Tuesday and off to San Remo later in the week to sample some new brands for my company.
