Roasted fresh fruits with Grand Marnier

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
4 figs (halved)
2 oranges (cut in half)
2 pears (cut into quarters lengthways and discard the seeds)
2 peaches (stoned and cut into quarters)
2 plums (halved and stoned)

Preparation:
Place the pears, plums, figs and peaches in a single layer in a roasting tin.

Squeeze over the juice from the orange and bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 200º for 18 minutes.

Remove the tin from the oven and pour the Grand Marnier over the fruits.

Bake for a further 6 minutes.

Divide the roasted fruits between 4 serving bowl and serve hot or warm.
